This Help is intended for people who administer and use the DELMIA Apriso Time Manager solution and perform basic time and attendance procedures (Administrators, Payroll Supervisors, Department Managers, or other employees). It provides an overview of the system, offers the background information required to use the product and describes how to carry out common tasks.

Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites for using Time Manager:

• Facility – at least one Facility must exist in DELMIA Apriso prior to configuring Time Manager
• Calendar – at least one Calendar must exist in DELMIA Apriso prior to configuring Time Manager
• Resource – at least one Resource must exist in DELMIA Apriso prior to configuring Time Manager, and the Resource must be linked to the following entities:
• Facility
• Calendar
• Pay Cycle
• Pay Rule
• Work Shift and Work Period
• Rotating Schedule

No scheduled jobs are required to run DELMIA Apriso Time Manager.
