Charge Code

This column is visible on the Salaried Time-Labor Entry Grid and the Hourly Labor Entry Grid in both the Employee View and the Supervisor View.

The available Charge Code types include:

• Work Order Types (unlimited Work Order types, unlimited orders under each Work Order Type)
• The Charge Code column is limited to the list of active Work Orders that match the selected Work Order Type
• After the Charge Code column is filled, the Operation column is available for editing (this column is limited to the list of active Operations under this Work Order)
• Indirect (unlimited Indirects)
• The Charge Code column is limited to the list of occupations that have been selected as Indirects (as in, DirectLabor is null or 0)
• The Operation column is inactive
• Orderless (unlimited products)
• The Charge Code column is limited to the list of product numbers that exist in the product table
• The Operation column is inactive
• Jobless
• The Charge Code column is inactive
• The Operation column is inactive
• When only Jobless is active for an employee, the timesheet will automatically hide the Charge Code and Operation columns, overriding the personalization settings
