Call In Pay
Call In Pay provides the ability to pay some minimal hours when an employee
is called in to work off their schedule. The column is visible on the
hourly Time Entry grid in both the Employee
View and the Supervisor
View.
Call In Pay involves the following actions:
- An Earn Code must be configured as a Call In with Minimal hours
set
- The employee should clock in using a user-defined Call In Earn
Code
- An attendance record is created when the Call
In flag is checked
- Upon Clock Out and computations, the Attendance row will compute
as the actual hours worked or the minimal hours (whichever is greater)
- The row may be edited using Time Manager screens and this flag
may be checked or unchecked, thereby affecting the computations
