The only difference between a Destination Server and a Registered Server is its purpose. While a Registered Server contains the source data and stores entities already created, the Destination Server is a predefined remote destination for Packages. The packages can be sent there and then deployed. Deployment can take place only on the server DELMIA Apriso Global Process Manager is connected to as a Registered Server.
Destination Server logon credentials are the same as those for the Registered Server.
The list of Destination Servers stored on a specific Registered Server is displayed in the right pane after the Destination Servers node is selected on the Console Tree.
The Destination Server View Pane displays a list of all the Destination Servers that currently exist in the local repository. When in details view, the name and address of each Destination Server are displayed as columns. The properties can be used to sort Destination Servers.
