General

The General definition tab is used for providing basic screen configuration.

The following fields and options are available:

• Screen name – specifies the name of the screen
• Tab caption – specifies the name of the screen as it appears on the tab (not visible in the Preview)



• Screen description – enables describing the screen (not visible in the Preview)



• Enable row multiselection – specifies if the ability to highlight multiple rows should be enabled (used to allow for performing an action on more than one record)



• Enable paging – specifies if the list should be loaded using pages

This setting influences the Advanced Filter functionality. For more information, refer to the Browser Options and Filters topic in the DELMIA Apriso Desktop Client Help.

• Page size – specifies the desired size of the page when the Enable paging check box is selected
• Grid ID – displays the ID of the screen
• Dependent Screens – allows the user to see if the grid is invoked by another grid
