Quality Defect Cockpit

Quality Defect Cockpit is a DELMIA Apriso Maintenance and Monitoring Screen that contains both a browser (Quality Defects Browser) and an editor (Quality Defect Editor) that serve to manage the Defects that result from faults identified upon the Quality Inspection process executed in DELMIA Apriso and a Concentration Diagram Editor to perform a visual analysis of the reported defects. It enables:

• Displaying the list of Quality Defects created during the Quality Inspection as well as all ad-hoc defects discovered during the receiving, production or shipping processes.
• Creation, update and deletion of Quality Defects.
• Management of the status of Quality Defects.
• Assignment of Quality Defects to Quality Inspection or directly to any other business entities (e.g. serial, lot, container).
• Linking documents to Quality Defects.
• Defining custom attributes of individual Defects.
• Assignment of multiple locations for individual Quality Defects.
• Reporting Quality Defects directly on a product image.
• Analyzing defect occurrences and their distribution.
• Viewing the history of Quality Defect Status changes.

The Quality Defect Cockpit is accessible in the DELMIA Apriso Desktop Client.

Quality Defects assigned to a specific Disposition, Disposition Line or Disposition Test can also be managed from the Quality Inspection Cockpit (Quality Defects tab within the Quality Inspection Editor).
