The DELMIA Apriso MPI Excel Add-in allows for analysis data to be rendered in order to answer business questions. It enables the user to focus on business problems and root cause issues instead of having to create dozens of reports for predefined issues.
Please note that the DELMIA Apriso MPI Excel Add-in does not support Microsoft Excel Security.
The MPI Excel Add-in is displayed in MS Excel as an additional tab called DELMIA Apriso. See below for a detailed description of the contents of the tab.
| Button | Description |
| Connect to Apriso | Allows for configuring the DELMIA Apriso server connection. |
| Add Pivot Table | Allows the user to select the OLAP server and Cube to work with and adds a new Pivot Table based on the user's choice. |
| Add from Cube View | Provides the possibility to use a predefined Cube View from
the server's Cube View Repository for building a report.
When using existing Cube Views, sorting is inherited from the selected Cube View in the case of sorting by columns. However, if the columns have a hierarchical structure, then the collapsed ones cannot be sorted. |
| Open Excel Report | Allows for opening and editing an existing Excel report file from the server. |
| Upload Excel Report | Allows for uploading a new or modified Excel report to the server. |
| Refresh Current Sheet | Clicking this button reloads the data in the currently displayed Excel sheet. It is also possible to reload the data on all of the open sheets by clicking the button's down arrow and selecting the Refresh All option. |
| Show Help | Displays the DELMIA Apriso MPI Excel Add-in Help. |

Indicates if a connection to the server has been successfully established. |
| Server | Displays the server name for the currently established connection. |
| Login | Displays the name of the user currently logged in. |

| Name | The unique user-defined name of the Excel report. |
| Created By | Displays the name of the user that built the initial version of the document. |
| Last Updated By | Displays the name of the user that modified the report most recently. |

| Check for updates | A mechanism for checking if a newer version of the DELMIA Apriso MPI Excel Add-in is available on the server. |
