Because some data may be sensitive, access to dashboards is controlled through the use of DELMIA Apriso Roles. Once a Role is linked to a dashboard, employees with that Role assigned will be able to view the dashboard.
To configure Roles for a given dashboard, select the required Roles in the Available list and click the arrow to move them to the Assigned list.
